A lifelong resident of Greenville, attorney Austin Watts focuses his practice on civil litigation. But before becoming a lawyer, Austin worked in landscaping, plumbing, electronics, construction, engine repair, and warehousing. Because of this diverse background, he finds it easy to understand the needs of his clients.
Much like his diverse work experiences, Austin litigates a wide variety of cases including business disputes, trucking injuries, automobile accidents/fatalities, trip & falls, personal injury, wrongful deaths, product liability, ERISA, employment disputes, and nursing home & medical malpractice. As a former criminal lawyer, Austin also represents clients charged with DUI, drug possession and selling, assault & battery, theft, and murder.
Austin prides himself on working diligently to get quick, positive outcomes for his clients. He communicates frequently with clients and treats them with the respect they deserve. He also prides himself on making the law understandable for his clients.
When he is not working hard, Austin attends Aldersgate United Methodist Church where he is a committee member and Sunday School teacher. He also enjoys spending time with his family and kids, and playing sports.
