Greenville, South Carolina attorney Rusty Patrick is a well-rounded litigator with experience in both civil and criminal trial work. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, he started his legal career at the Oconee, South Carolina Public Defender's Office. He has focused on civil matters since 2015. Among other professional involvements, Rusty was elected to the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice.
Rusty is known as both a hard worker and a responsive, client-friendly advocate. He goes above and beyond for his clients and believes strongly in offering straightforward, plainspoken legal advice that allows them to meaningfully participate in the legal process. As Rusty puts it, his commitment to clients comes from how rewarding it is to use his skills to help his clients:
What I love about my work is being able to help people. I am willing to go the extra mile to help my clients, whether that is traveling to meet with them or working late on their case.
Married in 2016, Rusty spends much of his spare time with his wife and chocolate lab. He is also an avid reader, a white water kayaker, and a dedicated fan of Clemson and the Atlanta Braves.
